रस मलाई बनाने की विधि

जैसे की आप अपने घर पर रस मलाई बनाने की सोचते हैं लेकिन आपको वो बनाना नहीं आता तो कोई बात नहीं इसमें हम आपकी मदद करेंगे और यहाँ हम आपको बताएँगे की किस तरह से आप कम समय में अपने घर पर ही रस मलाई बनाकर अपनी फॅमिली के साथ शेयर कर के खा सकते है और आनंद ले सकते हैं।

ध्यान दें इसमें कैलोरी जो मिलती है वो लगभग 156.8 होती है|

बनाने की विधि-

इसमें सबसे पहले जो आपको चाहिए होगा वो दूध है और ध्यान दे पनीर बिलकुल भी इस्तेमाल ना करे और गाये का दूध ज्यादा अच्छा रहेगा क्यूंकि मलाई इससे बहोत सॉफ्ट और अच्छी बनती है । हमने इसमें १ लीटर दूध इस्तेमाल किया है आप अपने अनुसार ले सकते हैं।

अब आपको दूध को पकाना है तेज आंच पर जब तक वो अच्छे से पक ना जाए तबतक उसे चलाते रहे फिर उसमे एक निम्बू का रस डाल लें और तबतक चलाते रहे जबतक दूध फट ना जाए फिर उसके बाद आप उसमे से छेना अलग करले।

अब छेना को किसी सूती या फिर किसी मलमल के कपडे से छान ले।उसके बाद छेना को कपडे के साथ ही ठन्डे पानी से धो लें ताकि उसमे से निम्बू की खटास पूरी तरह निकल जाये,छेने के बचे हुए पानी को आप चावल या सब्जी में भी प्रयोग कर सकते हैं ।

छेने के पानी को निचोड़ के इसे २५-३० मिनट तक लटका कर छोड़ दे।

छेने में बहुत ज्यादा सूखा या पानी नहीं होना चाहिए, नहीं तो छेना बॉल्स सही शेप में नहीं बनेंगे,अगर लगे की छेने ज्यादा सख्त होगये हो तो इसमें ४ बूँद गरम पानी मिला दे।

२०-२५ मिनट बाद छेने को कपडे से निकले और ७-८ मिनट तक इसे मसलकर मुलायम व चिकना आटा गूंद ले।

छेने से ८ छोटी लईआं बना लें फिर लोयिओं को हाथ से अच्छी तरह रोल करे और फिर इन्हे हल्का सा चपटा कर लें। अगर लगे की छेने बॉल्स फट रहे हो तो उसे फिर से गुंदे और मुलायम बनाये।

छेने में सॉफ्टनेस के लिए कुकर में 3 cup पानी और १ cup चीनी डालकर उबलने के लिए रखें।

जैसे ही उबाल आने लगे इसे ७९-१० मिनट तक धक् कर पकायें, कुकर को बंद न करें सिर्फ कवर करना है, आप चाहे तो ओपन पैन में भी चासनी तैयार कर सकते हैं , ध्यान रखें की इसे ओवरकुक न करें नहीं तो छेने सख्त हो जायेंगे।

रबड़ी बनाने के लिए दूध कटे हुए मेवे कंडेंस्ड मिल्क केवड़ा जल केसर इलाइची की जरूरत होती है। एक पैन में दूध रख कर तेज आंच पर पकायें ।उबाल आने पर आंच धीमी कर दे,२ चम्मच दूध में केसर भिगो दें ।

अब दूध में मेवे,केसर वाला दूध,इलाइची पाउडर,कंडेस्ड मिल्क और केवड़ा जल डालकर पकायें,मलाई साइड से बर्तन में चिपके ना इसलिए इसको चलाते रहे और हर २ मिनट में चलाते रहे।

अब एक छोटा चम्मच कोर्न्फ्लौर ले और इसमें एक चौथाई ठंडा दूध मिलकर मिक्स करले इसे ५ मिनट तक और पकाएं फिर आंच बंद करदे फिर राबड़ी को ठंडा होने के लिए रख दे,इसके बाद छेना बॉक्स को राबड़ी में मिलकर फ्रिज में ठंडा होने के लिए । अब आपकी रस मलाई तैयार है अपने परिवार के साथ मिल कर खाये और प्यार बातें।

Hi Guys, As we all know that Christmas is about to come on 25th Dec.Did you planned for Christmas..No? So, No Worries, Today I am going to share Eggless Dry Fruits Cake Recipe and for this Cake Oven is not Mandatory, You can bake this cake in Pressure Cooker.

Eggless Fruits Cake


Pressure cooker Eggless dry fruit cake is a no-bake dessert that can be made easily in a pressure cooker. There is no need of baking oven to cook this kid friendly recipe and it is very to bake.

The ingredients required for the cake is same as that used in any other cake except for the eggs. It is replaced with Yoghurt. The cake will be ready in 40 minutes and the Easy-Peasy recipe is perfect for the weekends.

Lets Starts with

INGREDIENTS-

  • 1/4 cup – yogurt
  • 1/4 cup – powdered sugar
  • 1 cup – refined flour
  • 1/2 cup – milk
  • 1 tsp – vanilla essence
  • 2-3 tbsp – chopped Cashewnuts
  • 1/4 tsp – baking soda
  • 1/4 cup – butter
  • 1/2 tsp – baking powder
  • 1 tbsp – raisins
  • 4 Cup Cherries
  • 2 small – mashed apple
  • 1 cup – salt for base of the cooker
  • [You can even use sand instead of salt if available]

PROCEDURE-

  • Mixed together baking soda, baking powder and refined flour and keep aside.
  • Grease and dust the bake tin.
  • Place the pressure cooker on medium heat and add salt to it and close the lid without gasket and the weight of the cooker.
  • Beat powdered sugar, butter, add yogurt and beat well. Add vanilla essence and mix.
  • And Add pieces of apple and cherry and mixed well.
  • Add the sieved flour and mix well.
  • Add any dry fruits like cashew nuts and raisins and mix. Keep adding milk little by little and keep beating the mixture till the right cake consistency is obtained.
  • Pour the mixture into the cake tin.
  • Place the tin in the cooker over the salt and in medium heat bake the cake for around 40 mins. Check with a knife, it comes out clean switch off the flame and cool on a wire rack.
  • Now your Cake is ready,enjoy with friends and family on this Christmas Day.

How to make Veg Momos ?

Chatpate Momo

Hi Guys,Today we are going to make Veg Momos for this winter and if you want delicious taste then follow this Recipe.

Darjeeling city is famous for Momos, and the best momos in India can be found where Tibetan settlements are located, particularly in and around places such as the Northeast Indian states. Kalimpong and Manipur in North East India, Dharamsala and McLeod Ganj in Himachal Pradesh, and Leh in Ladakh. Momos are also everywhere in Kolkata and Delhi.

Momo is also called as dumpling, native to Nepal, Tibet, and neighboring regions.The closest Chinese relative would be baozi, or jiaozi and Dim sum literally means “snack” in Chinese.

Procedure:-

Preparation Time-30

Cooking Time-20 Min

Let’s Starts with Ingredients:-

  • Slice onion-1 nos.
  • Green onion-1 nos.
  • Garlic-7,8 pieces.
  • Ginger-1 piece.
  • Coriander-1/4 cups.
  • Green chillies-5-6 nos.
  • Soya sauce-1 table spoon.
  • Salt to taste-1 pinch.
  • Black pepper-1 table spoon
  • Oil-2 table spoon.
  • All purpose flour-2 cups.

Veggie Momo

Now, we can start with Directions:-

  • Salt baking soda mix in all purpose flour…Mix
  • And make a soft dough add oil and knead cover and keep a slide for 20 minutes meanwhile grind Mixture, with onion,green onion,Coriander,Green chillies,Ginger,Garlic and after that, Heat oil in a pan and add mixture and stir well,
  • Add salt and add black pepper and soya sauce and stir well,then stir well cook for 5 minutes,
  • Let it Cool,
  • Make small boll of Dough and roll a Small Chapati fill cooked and bring the mixture together and twist to seal steam in steamer for about 15 minutes and then serve hot with Chilly Sauce.
  • Now, Your Momos Ready serve with your family and loved ones.

Hey Guys! Today I am going to share Recipe of Delicious White Chocolate Layer Cake.

Yummyyyyy !!!!!!!

Let’s Starts with Ingredients:-

  • 1(2 ounce) package fresh cranberries.
  • 1 1/4 cups granulated sugar.
  • 1/4 cup cranberry juice.
  • 2 teaspoons finely shredded orange peel.
  • 2 teaspoons lemon juice.
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon.
  • 1/8 teaspoon ground ginger.
  • 1/8 teaspoon ground cloves.
  • 8 ounces white baking chocolate,chopped.
  • 2 1/4 cups all-purpose flour.
  • 2 1/4 teaspoons baking powder.
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt.
  • 10 tablespoons butter,softened.
  • 4 eggs.
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla.
  • 1 1/4 cups milk.
  • 2 cups powdered sugar.

DIRECTIONS:-

  • Filling,In a medium saucepan,combine cranberries,the 1-1/4 cups granulated sugar,the cranberry juice,orange peel,lemon juice,cinnamon,ginger and cloves
  • Bring to boiling and reduce heat
  • Simmer,uncovered about 10 minutes or until thickened
  • Transfer filling to a medium bowl
  • Cover and chill for 2 hours
  • Transfer to a blender or food processor
  • cover and blend or process until smooth
  • Cake,Meanwhile,preheat oven to 350 degrees F
  • Grease the bottoms of two 9*1 1/2-inch round cake pans
  • Line bottoms of pans with waxed paper,and grease and lightly flour pans and set aside
  • In a medium saucepan,cook and stir the 8 ounces white chocolate over low heat until melted
  • In a medium bowl,combine flour,baking powder and salt set aside
  • In a large bowl,beat the 10 tablespoons butter with an electric mixer on medium to high speed for 30 minutes
  • Gradually add the 1 1/3 cups granulated sugar,beating until combined
  • Add eggs one at a time,beating after each addition
  • Beat in the 1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla
  • Alternately add flour mixture and milk to butter mixture,beating on low speed after each addition just until combined
  • Beat in melted white chocolate just until combined
  • Spread butter in the prepared cake pans
  • Bake about 30 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the centers comes out clean
  • Cool cake layers in pans or wire racks for 10 minutes
  • Remove layers from pans
  • Peel off waxed paper
  • Cool completely on wire racks
  • Frosting-In a medium saucepan,cook and stir the 12 ounces white chocolate over low heat until melted
  • Cool for 20 minutes
  • In a large bowl,beat the 1 cup butter in medium to high speed until fluffy
  • Beat in melted white chocolate and the 2 teaspoons vanilla
  • Gradually beat in powdered sugar
  • Assembly-Usa a long serrated knife to cut each cake layer in half horizontally
  • Place one layer,cut side up,on a serving plate
  • Spread with 1/3 of the filling
  • Top with the second layer,and spread with 1/3 of the filling
  • Top with the third layer,spread with the remaining filling,and top with the fourth layer than cut side down
  • Spread top and side of cake with frosting
  • If desired,cover loosely and chill for up to 24 hours
  • Let stand about 30 minutes at room temperature before serving,if chilled makes 16 servings.
  • Now, Your cake is ready and enjoying your Christmas.

So today i am going to share one of my Favorite Cake Recipe.

BACARDI RUM CAKE

Let’s Start with Ingredients:-

  • 3/4 cup wallnuts chopped
  • 1(18 1/2 cup) package Yellow Cake Mix (betty crocker or duncan hines)
  • 1(3 3/4 cup) package Jello Instant Vanila Pudding Mix
  • 4 eggs
  • 1/2 cup cold water
  • 1/2 cup wesson oil
  • 1/2 cup rum(Bacardi Dark Rum)
  • 1/4 lb butter
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 1 cup granulated sugar


Yummy,…!!!

Directions:-

  • Preheat oven to 325.
  • Cake.
  • Grease heavily and flower 10″tube or 12 cup bundat pan.
  • Sprinkle chopped nuts over the bottom of pan.
  • Mix all ingredients together.
  • Pour batter over nuts.
  • Bake for 1 hour.
  • Cool.
  • Invert on serving Plate,
  • Poke holes in top and side of cake with toothpick allowing cake to absorb glaze.
  • Glaze.
  • Melt Butter in sauce pan.
  • Stir in water and sugar.
  • Boil for 5 minutes stirring constantly.
  • Remove from heat.
  • Stir in Rum.

So,Guys Your Cake is ready to eat.Now, enjoying your delicious cake with your family and friends on this Christmas and New Year.
